Scope
Peavine Construction, Inc. has been selected by United Construction Company, to do the civil improvements for the Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows. Located across from Reno High School, work includes over-excavation of existing soil, removal of existing sewer and storm drain, and other demolition. Civil improvements will include the installation of new sewer (including installation of a 4000 gallon grease interceptor), storm drain, water, electric, telephone, and cable television utilities. We will finish grade and prepare the parking lots for curb and paving. In addition to civil improvements, Peavine Construction, Inc. will finish grade the building pad, install vapor barrier, excavate footings, and excavate and backfill plumbing trenches.
